On request, we provide tool regeneration as well as mechanical and heat treatment services within the capacity of our machine park.
Regeneration of tools made of high-speed steel, cobalt and solid carbide
Regeneration can be carried out for tools with a diameter from 4 to 32 mm, including renewal of the outer coat.
Heat treatment of steel
We offer heat treatment services for elements made of high-speed steel, tool steel for both cold and hot work, and for elements made of other materials. The dimensional range of treated workpieces: maximum diameter of shank tools - 100 mm, maximum diameter of disc tools - 280 mm, maximum length - 450 mm, acceptable weight of single workpiece - max 20 kg.
Turning
We offer roller turning services within a diameter range from 12 to 80 mm, and up to a maximum length of 500 mm
Milling
We offer milling services for elements with maximum dimensions of 500x250x300 (length x width x height)
Grinding
We offer grinding services for rollers, holes and surfaces. For rollers, the range of treated materials is: maximum length - 500 mm, diameter range from 0.8 to 100 mm. For holes, the range of treated materials is: maximum length - 80 mm, diameter range from 1 to 80 mm. For surface grinding, the range of treated materials is: maximum length - 800 mm, maximum width - 300 mm.
